Shipping Policy
For orders in the US, we will ship any of our jewelry items for a flat rate of $5 via using USPS 1st class mail. If you spend $100 or more we will upgrade you to FREE USPS Priority shipping. For international customers, we use carrier rates direct from USPS or DHL to determine the cost of shipping in your cart.
For domestic shipping inside the US, we are currently only using USPS.
For international orders, we offer both USPS and DHL services.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within the same business day so long as they are in by 4:00 PM EST. We will email your shipping confirmation including tracking once your order has shipped.
For Expedited shipping (DHL, UPS and FedEx 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air), orders must be received by 3:00 PM EST time to ship same day. Expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM EST time will be shipped the following business day.
Please keep in mind, Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays are not considered business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed with the exceptions of UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight.
We do ship internationally and approved destination countries will be listed upon checkout and in the Region selector at the bottom of our page. We offer a choice of both USPS and DHL services for International Shipping.
Currently we are shipping to the following countries:
Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Czechia, Poland, Denmark and Vatican City.
If you are outside any of these countries and are interested in purchasing from us, please reach out and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
PLEASE NOTE: Customs, Duties, Taxes, VAT, ETC.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and any other fees assessed by the recipient’s destination country. Please contact your Customs office and chosen carrier for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Ronin Machinewerks will not refund the abandoned order, including any applicable shipping charges.
Items cannot be changed or added to an order once it has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and have been sent an email with your confirmation number. Our updated system does not allow for these types of changes. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.
We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible. If you want to cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but there is a chance we may get it shipped before we get your request, so we cannot guarantee cancellation in all situations.
We are sorry, but we are unable to combine orders. Combining orders would cause additional delays for all open shipments which we wish to avoid. To best serve all our valued customers we process orders as quickly and efficiently as we can.
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, most of which will be available upon checkout. If the APO/FPO you need is not listed, please contact us and we will make sure to get your order resolved and shipped out to the APO/FPO that you want.
